Do sales make you feel icky? Well read on my friend!!

Sales are what makes your business a business and not a hobby that costs you money.



Many of my clients have a hard time selling. Many of them don’t know what to say and feel unclear about how to market or sell what they do. Lots of people still have misguided notions about selling. Lets get something straight. Selling is not sleazy and uncomfortable unless you make it so.

Let’s start with a question: Do you think that you are good at what you do?

If the answer to that question is no, then we have an entirely different issue to deal with before we even begin looking at getting people buying!! We need to do some work on your confidence, your skillset or your product. (Message me, we’ll get that sorted in no time!)

If the answer was yes – HURRAH!!

Is there a need for what it is that you are good at and do?


Okay, so do you enjoy it? Are you passionate about it?


If you did at one time that’s good enough for me – we can get you back there!

So, where is the issue?

Well, maybe you are talking about the details of what you do rather than the benefits.

People don’t buy details, they buy benefits…

People don’t buy with their heads, they buy with their hearts. You buy because of how you FEEL not how you THINK. In the western world most of us don’t need anything, but we might want it.

NEED = think
WANT = feel

If when you are speaking to people about what you do, you are telling them a list of the details – then you’ll be uninspired and so will they. So take a step back and have a think.

What are the benefits of your offering?

Get a pen and piece of paper and write all the benefits of your product or service.

I did this last night for 80 days to AHHH and here’s what I came up with:

  • Less or no guilt about taking time off from your biz
  • More time off to spend how you want!
  • No more feeling like an impostor, or like you’re blagging your way through
  • Increased self confidence
  • Increased client satisfaction and retention
  • More money
  • Feelings of happiness!
  • Increased clarity
  • A personalised plan for the future with step by step instructions
  • A  unique and extraordinary life – no more cookie cutter life for you!
  • Deeper more intimate relationships
  • A work life balance that you are proud of!
  • Focus on what you want to BE, DO and HAVE in business and in life
  • LESS limiting beliefs – MORE empowered YOU!
  • Less need to control and micro manage – more fun, excitement and adventure!
  • Less procrastination, more effortless action taking!
  • No more blame or resentment!
  • More credibility, recognition, kudos and reward!
  • Increased gratitude and feelings of joy!
